Service delivery policy

Kai TasteMap is a digital service: delivery is immediate and online.

Access to the service

When you create your account you get immediate access from any browser. We do not ship physical products. Paid plans activate automatically once payment is confirmed; if you paid and your plan did not activate, write to us and we will resolve it with priority.

Availability

The service is available 24/7, except for maintenance or incidents, which we try to announce and resolve as soon as possible.

Requirements

You only need a device with a modern browser and an internet connection. To scan labels you use your phone's camera or gallery; you control that permission.

Delivery support

If you cannot access after registering, or if you paid and your plan did not activate, write to tastemap@kaistrategylab.com and we will resolve it.
